Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule any booking, please provide us with 24 hours notice. After this time the payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. A trial booking does not guarantee a space in the class for the rest of the term. Pips Dance Academy reserve the right to cancel the booking if they feel it's not appropriate for the age of the child.
