Terms and Conditions-
-All fees will be invoiced and must be paid half termly and in advance of the first class of that half term (except adult classes). Failure to adhere to this will result in late payment fees. 
-We require a half terms notice in writing if your child decides not to continue with classes and no refunds will be offered. 
-Teachers will always make themselves available to discuss any issues or queries you may have. It is essential that you let a member of staff know if you wish to have a discussion and arrangements will be made for a teacher to talk to you.
-We do not allow parents to watch classes as we encourage independence. There will be opportunities to watch class and film sections when necessary.

Individual contact names, address, telephone (landline or mobile), e-mail, dates of birth, any medical conditions that staff should be aware of when the individual is under instruction.  PIPS Dance Academy never store or show customer financial information. PIPS Dance Academy will take pictures/film of students in class or performances, and this information will be used for publicity and social media as well as any other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims.

PIPS Dance Academy obtains personal data in a number of ways e.g. orders placed by customers, new and existing customer database form and enquiries from potential customers, along with any other paperwork completed by customers.

PIPS Dance Academy does not disclose personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where customer consent has been obtained, where PIPS Dance Academy is under an obligation by law to disclose personal data or where it is obligated by local authorities to apply for example for a child performance exemption licence.
