Pips Policies and Terms & Conditions

POLICIES: List

Pips Dance Academy has a duty of care to ensure the safety and well-being of all its students/children whilst taking part in classes with our school.  We will provide, as far as is reasonably practicable, an environment that is safe and with minimum risk to all who take part.

Pips Dance Academy is committed to protecting you and your dependents’ personal information. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all our customers and workers and everybody who comes into contact with us, both physically and virtually (online).

Pips Dance Academy play and perform to music and therefore require a Music Licence.  This allows us to legally play music through the radio, TV and other digital devices and through live performances.
Please find attached the Music Licence Certificate.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All class fees will be invoiced 3 times in the calendar year:

  • Term 1: September - December

  • Term 2: January - April

  • Term 3: May - August

  • All bank holidays and school holiday days will not be included in the charges.

  • All classes that are not running due to other Pips events will not be included in the charges..

  • All fees will be collected by Direct Debit using GoCardless.  Follow the link to their Terms & Conditions.

  • Payments will be taken on the 1st of each calendar month within the term.  If this falls on a weekend or bank holiday it will be taken on the next available working day.

  • Alternative dates are at the discretion of Pips management and discussed separately.

PIPS MEMBERSHIP FEE

  • There is an annual Membership Fee of £20 for all new students who start with Pips - which reduces to £15 per year thereafter.  The £5 on sign up covers the lanyard that we give to all students which they need to wear to all lessons.

  • This will be added to your GoCardless account when you create it.

  • The annual fee covers all costs associated with the additional celebrations and opportunities for all students - awards for progression and achievement, badges to celebrate anniversaries with Pips etc.

  • We provide annual feedback reviews for all students.

This Privacy Policy applies between you, the User of this Website, and Pips Dance Academy Limited, the owner and provider of this Website. Pips Dance Academy Limited takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website.
